Since 1985, Shiloh House has provided higher level treatment services for youth struggling with a wide variety of needs that have made healthy functioning in traditional settings a challenge. Shiloh House currently operates multiple high quality Qualified Residential Treatment Programs, licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Services, and nationally accredited by Social Current. The QRTP level of care is reserved for some of Colorado’s most at-risk youth and each program provides a safe and structured environment for youth to heal, grow, and to realize their true potential. Youth referred to Shiloh House’s QRTP’s often struggle with a wide variety of needs including, but not limited to, the following:  

• Mental health instability

• Behavioral instability

• Trauma

• Sexually reactive behavior

• Sexually abusive behavior

• Poor academic performance

• Poor impulse control

• Maladaptive coping

• Social instability

• Family instability

• Juvenile delinquency

Shiloh House Qualified Residential Treatment Programs are built upon a platform of trauma informed, family focused, individualized, and intensive intervention. Families are a pivotal aspect of the treatment process and Shiloh House works diligently with the youth and their family to improve stability and functioning. The goal of each Shiloh House QRTP is to assist youth in returning to a lower level of care as quickly as is safe and feasible given their individualized needs and circumstances.
