Our Residential staff provide direct care to youth participating in Shiloh House’s therapeutic treatment programs. They are responsible for daily documentation, behavior management, teaching social and life skills to clients and integrating goals identified in clients’ treatment plans through day to day tasks.

Clinicians at Shiloh House provide intensive therapeutic services individually with clients as well as family therapy, case management and crisis intervention services. Clinicians are licensed professionals that hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a Master’s Degree in a related field with experience working with emotionally disturbed youth and their families.

Shiloh Academy’s educators are qualified professionals, licensed by the Colorado State Department of Education. Each educator is dedicated to providing the most effective individualized educational experience for each student attending Shiloh Schools.

Our Community professionals design their services based on the needs of each individual or family they work with. Through life coaching, parenting classes, counseling, and more, we create an environment where an individual can grow and heal.

Our Business department ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all financial systems withing the organization. Whether they are managing program budgets or strategizing long term financial strategy, they are essential to the services our agency provides to the community.

The Development team works directly with donors and volunteers to maximize support for our youth and families. They coordinate financial and in kind donations, run fundraising events, and work with our team to maintain and grow our community of supporters.

Our Medical support services ensure the medical needs of the youth in our programs are met. Through transportation to and from appointments, administration of medication, or any other medical necessities.

Our Operations department handle the maintenance of all buildings as well as work directly with our Food Service team. Our Food Service team plan and prep all meals for youth participants in our residential programs.

Administration teams at Shiloh House specialize in their area of expertise including clinical support assistants, human resource management, training, technical support, financial services, and leadership. Shiloh House administrative teams serve as liaisons to the community and to other professionals in the field.
