Rapid Response Program
This program connects families and youth to therapeutic services and community based resources with the intent to bridge access to care and prevent the need for intervention by The Department of Human Services.
Life Skills Coaching
These services are based directly on the needs of each family. After an initial assessment, a personalized treatment plan will be created to address the specific needs identified. This will help clients build strengths in areas needed.
Outpatient Therapy
Licensed clinical therapists and social workers meet with youth and families to teach and encourage emotionally healthy individual and family functioning.
Independent Living Program (Beyond the Walls)
We offer a transitional and independent living resources to young adults transitioning out of foster or residential care. Participants are partnered with mentors who work with them to achieve further education, independent housing, employment skills and attainment, faith-based connections, community involvement, financial literacy skills and overall self-sufficiency skills.
Family Resource Pavilion (FRP)
The Family Resource Pavilion (FRP) is a warm and welcoming place for young people and their families to go for help with a variety of life's challenges such as school and behavioral issues, family conflict, drug use, juvenile court involvement, housing and financial strain and more.
