Compensation: 

In accordance with  the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $28.00 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

Location:

  • On-site position based at our Admin Office in Littleton (no remote work available). 

  • The employee may be required to travel between all of our campuses that are located in Littleton, Centennial, Commerce City, and Longmont.

Schedule:

  • This position is maximum 30 hours per week.

  • Hours are flexible between Monday-Friday, during normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to facilities management, environmental health, fire protection, and workplace safety.

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADA, fire codes, and other regulatory and accrediting standards.

  • Recommend and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with state and agency standards.

  • Communicate deadlines for completion to ensure facilities meet all regulatory and accrediting requirements.

  • Schedule, monitor and maintain Cintas inspections and reports.

  • Coordinate with specific departments and operations teams to ensure proper documentation and follow through of repairs and inspections.

  • Maintain compliance records, including permits, certifications, and safety related reports.

  • Prepare reports and communicate compliance findings to the Director of Licensing on an on-going basis.

  • Follow up with facilities and Operations to ensure findings/violations are addressed.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with external accrediting agencies (fire & health), and serve as a liaison between the organization and the accrediting bodies during inspections.

  • Assist in training employees on compliance procedures, safety, and emergency response plans.

  • Monitor emergency response plans, including fire drills, active shooter training, and evacuation procedures.

  • Additional duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the role and department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field (preferred) or 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.

  • Experience with ADA, fire safety codes, and other regulatory standards.

  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong information technology (IT) knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with all agency departments.

  • Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record

  • Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks
