Compensation  

In accordance with  the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is $56,000 yearly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and management of internal and external events, including logistics such as venue selection, ticket sales, and guest lists.

  • Coordinate event entertainment, including securing music, performers, and guest speakers.

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and venues while staying within budget and managing invoices.

  • Solicit auction items and sponsorships to enhance event offerings.

  • Manage day-of-event operations, including problem-solving, guest welcome, staff communication, and vendor organization.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media strategy.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to marketing efforts.

  • Assist with donor management, including sending thank-you notes, updating the donor database, and creating donation reports for internal meetings.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of relative experience required.

  • 3 years of experience with marketing, social media management, and event planning is essential.

  • 2  years experience with campaign management and CRM software is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools is preferred (ie Squarespace, Google Suite, Canva, Salesforce, Google Analytics). 

  • Must demonstrate organization, ability to prioritize, deadline management, attention to detail, teamwork, copywriting, vendor management, marketing knowledge or applicable experience. 

  • Must exhibit initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

  • Must hold a valid Colorado driver’s license or have the ability to obtain one.
