Compensation
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected starting salary for this Colorado position is $59,291.62 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

M-F business hours, consistent with client needs
Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Services: Deliver individual, family, group, and multi-family therapy to a diverse caseload of youth, both offense-specific and non-offense specific, with services offered in office, school, or home settings.
Educational Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with school personnel and other professionals to meet the social and emotional needs of youth, assist in their transition back to traditional school settings, and help build a positive school culture through social-emotional support and programming.
Crisis and Risk Management: Provide crisis management and risk management services within the school environment, utilizing behavior management techniques with clients as needed.
Case Management and Documentation: Fulfill case management duties and maintain thorough clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, discharge summaries, court reports, and timely notes.
Additional Responsibilities: Transport clients to non-medical appointments, participate in the agency's on-call rotation, and adhere to strict documentation guidelines.
Extra Details
Must have flexible hours, may work weekends or evenings
Travel within the Denver metro area may be required with use of personal vehicle. Mileage will be paid consistent with company policy.
Must work well on a team and be motivated independently
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced and often acute environment
Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, Therapy Preferred
Clinician & Therapist Professionalism a must
Requirements
Masters degree in Counseling or a related field from a CACREP accredited school. If the school is not CACREP accredited there must be proof of completion of the educational equivalency review at the time of interview.
Must be eligible for provisional license through DORA if not already licensed
Experience in individual, family, and group therapy preferred
Experience with offense specific population preferred
Requires skill in assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
Must be willing to work in a team of professionals outside of the agency
Must have a valid CO driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record
Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks
