Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this Colorado position is a rate of $23.37 per hour for an ILC I and a rate of $24.00/hour for an ILC II.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized case plans in collaboration with clients, outlining educational and vocational objectives.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs and rights, ensuring they receive appropriate support services based on grant eligibility.
  • Focus on assisting participants to identify needs, set goals, and establish a plan to become successfully independent.
  • Provide guidance and support through various application processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting all interactions and following additional paperwork policies.
  • Work with foster youth and other system-involved youth caseload, addressing their unique challenges and providing individualized support.
  • Professional interaction and collaboration with case workers and other stakeholders to address the needs of clients.
  • Highly organized, creative and likes to think outside the box.
  • Possess familiarity with current community resources and consistently explore new ones, identifying suitable referral sources.
  • Facilitate and plan group activities and workshops to support the learning of independent living skills.
Extra Details:
  • Will require to work some nights/weekends as needed per participants.
  • Monday-Friday with once a month weekend events.
  • This position requires travel to participant locations, so a reliable vehicle is required.
