When specifically requested by the user, we use contact information from registration forms to send the user information about our company and services. At Shiloh House, we respect and protect the privacy of our donors.

Shiloh House collects and maintains personally identifiable data only when it is voluntarily provided to us. Such data includes, but is not limited to; contact information, donation information, information about events attended, correspondence with staff, and information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions.

Donors who supply Shiloh House with their mailing and/or email address may be contacted by Shiloh House for solicitation purposes and/or with information regarding our programs and upcoming events.

Shiloh House will not sell or trade any information provided by a donor.

If necessary, Shiloh House may release personally identifiable data in order to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order. Shiloh House reserves the right to use all information at its disposal to comply with legal procedures and to share information with internet service providers or other third parties, as necessary, to investigate any incident of misuse or abuse of its site, server, or information systems.

Donor Options

A donor may choose to receive a tax receipt from Shiloh House, but to remain anonymous in publications. Donors who wish to remain anonymous in publications are encouraged to include a note in the comments/notes section when making an online donation, or by hand, along with their mailed-in contribution.

All donors have the option of limiting contact from Shiloh House as they wish, including being removed from all solicitation lists. All donors also have the right to review information that Shiloh House has collect about them.
