Thanks to our community who stepped up in our time of need, this year’s Shiloh Outdoor Program was the best yet! When our Outdoor Program storage shed was broken into and all of the supplies were stolen, we weren’t sure what Shiloh House’s summer programming would look like, but we knew we couldn’t take away the opportunity for the kids at Shiloh to explore the great outdoors.

Thankfully, you all responded with incredible generosity and the kids had an amazing summer! From hiking around Mt. Evans and St. Mary’s Glacier, to seeing a herd of big horn sheep for the first time, to falling in love with fishing, the youth and staff used all of the outdoor donations that came in to the fullest! Many who got to experience the Outdoor Program this summer had never traveled outside of the Denver-Metro Area, so getting to visit new places and feel completely immersed in nature was a life-changing experience!

Thank you to everyone who made this summer special for the kids at Shiloh House!
