Will you support Shiloh House this Holiday Season?

As we approach the holiday season and the end of the year, Shiloh House is continuing our Destination: HOPE campaign to raise funds for vehicle upkeep, fuel, and replacement costs. Most importantly, We’re inviting you to help youth stay on the road to healing, restoration, and hope.

If you didn’t get the chance to give to this campaign on Colorado Gives Day, we want to open up the opportunity to support Shiloh House in honor of someone you love during the holiday season. We can’t think of a better way to spread joy!

If you’re ahead of the game and have all your gifts wrapped up and ready to go, consider giving to this campaign for your year-end gifts! When you give to Shiloh House, you receive Child Care Tax Credit, which could be a helpful boost when you file for 2018!

Your gift helps youth stay on the road of
healing, restoration, and hope.

Shiloh House is on the front lines of serving Colorado’s youth and families who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or a family crisis.  There are a few key things that are important to us as we work to empower youth and families:

We are committed to meeting the needs of youth and families in their own communities.

To hold up this commitment, Shiloh House maintains 5 campuses throughout Colorado, and staff drives across the state to meet with families in their homes.

We believe in the power of new experiences and the positive impact they have in the lives of youth.

We take kids on adventures in the mountains of Colorado and get them involved in community and recreational activities.

We meet the day-in, day-out needs of the youth we serve.

We bring kids to our schools, their doctor and dentist appointments, therapy appointments, and other supports they have within their community.

We know trauma doesn’t create a single story.

So we provide a spectrum of services in 11 different facilities to provide support that is adjustable to the specific needs of youth.

Why choose to give to Shiloh House this Holiday Season?

We do all of this with a vision of breaking cycles created by trauma, abuse, and neglect, and replacing them with cycles of restored hope within families. These commitments require a lot from Shiloh House: strength, compassion, empathy, and more. Practically, it requires a lot of transportation, vehicle upkeep, fuel, and replacement vehicles.

Each of our programs use our vehicles daily, and rely on them as the sole means of keeping our youth connected to the support systems they need in order to heal and grow. This Colorado Gives Day, will you help us fulfill our mission by giving to help us cover the cost of the vehicles that make this all happen?
