Shiloh House opened the Adams Campus in November of 2004 in partnership with Adams County. The program serves 10 Conduct Disorder clients ages 7 to 12, who have been impacted by abuse, neglect and trauma.

The program is led by a team of 6 group care counselors who focus on providing a safe therapeutic home. Goals of the program include a positive peer culture, self and group accountability and development of self-esteem, coping, and social skills. While focusing on these goals the youth are taught the values of community while experiencing the positive aspects of a home like environment.
