Description

Work with at-risk youth ages 7 to 18 to assist them in reintegrating into the community! Take the opportunity to help make a positive impact on Colorado youth!

Strong positive role models is a must! Specific duties include intensive supervision, basic meal preparation, behavior management, limit and structure setting, the ability to create/follow a routine, documentation, organization, skill in verbal de-escalation, positive strong boundaries, and 15-minute bed checks with a focus on safety and security. Due to the short length of stay for these clients, mastery of direct care skills are a must.

Qualifications

Applicants must be professional, have at least two years college in a health/human services-related field or high school diploma and one year experience in a health/human services-related field. Must be 23 years of age, able to pass a criminal background check, and hold a valid Colorado driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation

Up to $13.25/hr to start dependent on experience.
