Hiring 2 Full-Time Para Float Staff:
Positions will be based out of Littleton and Centennial, [but will require travel to all campuses- must be able to travel between Littleton and Longmont campuses]
Applicants must be professional, must have a Bachelor’s Degree in health/human services/education-related field and experience working with youth in the child welfare arena, be 23 years of age, able to pass a criminal background check, and hold a valid Colorado driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one.
1:1 supervision of clients in the school setting between 7:30-3:30 Mon-Fri. Documentation, communication and tracking of behaviors, modeling appropriate behaviors, promotion and positive development of pro social behaviors.
Other duties may include:
Intensive supervision , behavior management, limit and structure setting, the ability to create/follow a routine, documentation, organization, skill in verbal de-escalation and positive strong boundaries.
Compensation: Up to $13.50/hr to start, depending on experience.
