The Family Coach Coordinator provides home based family skill training for families struggling in the areas of parenting, relationships, emotion management and problematic sexual conduct. Candidates must have completed a BA degree in a human services related field, and preferably have experience working with youth and families struggling a variety of issues. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• This position would supervise other Family Coaches, coordinate services, as well as take on cases.
• This Family Coach Coordinator position for the Problematic Sexual Conduct (PSC) and Outpatient families is a home based program.
• This position focuses on reinforcement of home based offense specific treatment plan, safety, healthy boundaries, accountability, and informed supervision guideline.
• This position also works closely with the home based family therapist.
— Work late afternoon, evenings, and 1 weekend day
— Sunday through Thursday or Saturday through Wednesday; must be flexible with working hours.
